Tonight as I was reading the book "The Very Hungry Caterpillar" to Mary, I pointed out that the caterpillar is a "bug." Well, she is obsessed with bugs but had never put two and two together . . . and she freaked. She could not stop talking, rapidly and in a very fast voice, about the "buuUUUG" and pointing to him over and over. Then when her dad got home, she had to tell him too.
